Lindsey Tanner Tye is a dedicated probate and estate planning attorney who guides individuals and families through some of life’s most important transitions with compassion and clarity. Lindsey focuses her practice on probate, estate planning, and guardianship law, with particular expertise in complex probate matters and litigation.
She brings significant experience to contested estates, trust and fiduciary disputes, and contested guardianships—helping clients navigate emotionally and legally challenging circumstances with steady guidance and deep legal insight.
Lindsey graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D., 2017), and is a member of the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, as well as the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Dallas Bar Association.
Beyond the courtroom and conference table, Lindsey is a wife, a mom to a daughter and two stepchildren, and an active member of her church community. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to family, service, and helping others find peace of mind through thoughtful legal planning.
